Thanks to a large uneaten meal being dumped down my sink, I had a nasty clog somewhere in the line backing things up, and hoped I could find someone to come out that day to fix it. I googled for plumbers in my area, and based on reviews, chose At-Ease. Thankfully, the reviews proved accurate. On short notice, a friendly, experienced plumber arrived within the time promised, quickly recognized the problem and began to clear the line, finding and removing that clog plus another in short time, then guaranteed the service for a week. Straight to the problem, straight to work, and job completed efficiently and at a fair price without any hard sell or unnecessary recommendations. As good an experience as a plumbing service-call can be. Thumbs up.

I called Randy in the morning and he was there by 5:00 p.m. that same day. My washing machine was not draining well and was backing up at the drain. He had the issue fixed within an hour! His prices are comparable to the other quotes and I would recommend him to all my friends.

I contacted At-Ease Plumbing to inquire about flushing both of my water heaters, in which the process was explained to me and I was quoted a price. After shopping around, I chose At-Ease Plumbing because of fair pricing and they worked with my schedule. Randy arrived on time, flushed both water heaters, provided some education, had some casual conversations, and then we called it a day! Would definitely work with Randy and At-Ease Plumbing again.
