  I hired JB trenching and tunneling to do a job and the owner advised me the morning of they will not be able to meet us at the residence. It left us in a bind. Not professional at all. We came to an agreement the day before, he asked for the address and advised me one of his crew members would meet us at 8am. The next morning (DAY OF) I sent a confirmation text and he advised me he wouldn't be able to get to my job at 8 am. Not professional at all. Would not recommend hiring for you trenching needs as they may or may not show up.
