  One night shortly after purchasing our home, we were using the kitchen sink when the hallway toilet started overflowing. Being new to the state, we didn’t have a trusted plumber to reach out to. Because of the late hour we reached out to a generic emergency service and after waiting on hold were finally connected to a person and put on a wait list. I decided to keep searching and found Pro-Service Plumbing on the BBB website with an A+ rating. After seeing their business hours I decided to reach out, and I’m so glad I did. The call was immediately answered by a real person, not an automated service, and we were quickly worked into their schedule. Not only were they punctual, communicative, and professional, they also took their time to address the issue and never tried to upsell. Just as importantly, they were reasonably priced. We had a great experience with Kelly and Johnny at Pro-Service Plumbing and would highly recommend them.

  We called Pro Service Plumbing to install two new toilets in our home. They showed up on time, were clean, professional and thorough. As a small business owner, I know what customer service should look like. The folks at Pro Service are an example and do amazing job. I highly recommend them.
