  Nothing is worse that having a clogged sewer line on a holiday weekend! Andrew arrived promptly when promised, gave us up-front pricing and options, and worked until the issue was diagnosed and resolved. Very friendly, and great to work with. I hope we never need this service again, but if we do, we will not hesitate to call Zoom.

  Dispatch scheduled someone to help me in the window of 8-10am but they arrived at 11am. Fortunately, they kept me updated that the person that they'd dispatch would be later than expected. The person they sent, Andrew, was great. Very competent, was willing to take the time to listen to the problem, ask questions, and keep me updated as to what he was thinking and doing to resolve the issue. Four stars only because of the dispatching issue which caused me to have to change some plans, five stars to Andrew.

  Great experience with Zoom Drain. They had immediate appointments available. Home consultation is free, you only pay if you opt for the service. Lonnie arrived before the window (they called to make sure this was ok), was professional and fast. Good value.
