  I cannot say enough good about Travis from Best Plumbing in Seattle! He's so knowledgeable and was efficient, and pleasant, just really great during a stressful time for us. Considering the work that had to be done to fix the leak in our house, I was prepared for a higher bill. He worked quickly and so professionally, we came in under our prepared budget. We're in Lynnwood and any time we need a plumber from this day forward, I will be calling Best Plumbing and asking for Travis from this day forward! Highly recommend!!! Great work. Great value. Exceeded expectations. Truly. I had such a hard time finding a reputable plumber available with the current situation, and Best Plumbing got Travis out quickly and he saved us from our nightmare flood situation. I'm so grateful!!

  They came in min-January to unclog a shower drain. After about an hour of trying they were unable to unclog the drain - not their fault it was a bad clog - had to leave for another job but said they would get me a quote to replace the part of the pipe where the clog was. Never got back to me. I hounded them for a quote (2-3 calls from me). Their quote was about 3x the price I ended up getting the pipe cut out and replaced for. When the pipe was fixed and the dirty water that the Best plumber guy originally left in the shower drained out I saw a ton of damage that his machine did to our tub enamel (which had been fully redone in the summer so I know the damage was not there before). Since the end of January I have been trying to get a hold of Best plumbing to ask about getting the damage resolved and have only gotten a "your case is being reviewed" email from their service team and no phone calls back. I have left multiple voicemails and sent emails. Their prices were sky high. They left damage at my house, and now they're ignoring me. Would not recommend.

Our technician followed the best practices in order to protect the tub by placing his machine on a rug that we supply for these situations. The machine rubbed through the rug as it hit the clog, and our technician was able to inform you of the damage on site.   Great experience! They sent someone right away, (which anyone whose tried to schedule recently knows there's usually a wait time. Plumbers are BUSY people.) He was very prompt and super nice to talk with, even discussing a second issue on the property while patiently letting the tenant finish getting ready for work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you to their excellent team!
