We recently had our pipes replaced throughout our whole house by Gene Johnson Plumbing. The turnaround time from estimate to scheduling the job was quick and easy. Chad completed our install and he did an amazing job! He was very thorough and flexible with our schedules throughout the job. We could tell he has a passion for what he does and truly throws his whole self into his work, and it shows. We appreciated his communication with us throughout the week as well as reviewing the details of the install after it was completed. We will certainly be using Gene Johnson for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Our bathroom shower started with a slow dripping which quickly escalated into a full on stream of water that could not be turned off. I called Gene Johnson at 9:30 and by 11 my technician was here! What a relief! I was originally given a 12-3 timeframe, but they called and asked if it would be alright if they came earlier. The customer service was fantastic. I can't say enough about my technicians either. Miguel was very professional, polite, and friendly. The tech that came with him in training (Doug), was also great! They explained everything, showed me the cost upfront before proceeding, and were extremely efficient. Within an hour my faucet was fixed and better than new. Highly recommend, I know we will be using them again for our future needs. : )

We called Gene Johnson Plumbing because our 50-year-old main drain stack was starting to fail. We also had a small leak developing in a hot water supply line which needed replacing. Miguel responded quickly and was very personable and polite. His knowledge and experience were very assuring that the job would be done right. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and answered all our questions. We set an appointment for the next morning to begin the work. Miguel arrived on time, worked diligently through the day, made suggestions for future maintenance and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. We are very happy with the work he did for us and would heartily recommend him.
