I can't say enough good about the friendliness and professionalism of this company. My hot water heater (after 30 years) quit working. Zimmerman''s was out the very next day and within 4 hours I had a new hot water heater. Great job!

Our commercial water heater completely blew out the bottom about 11am. Without hot water, we cannot operate. We called Zimmerman and we were told their guy would be there in an hour. They were and within 5 minutes of arrival, we had a quote. We were also informed there was a water heater in stock, and it could be installed that that afternoon. The guys had the old heater out and a new 90-gallon water heater installed by 4pm the same day. We were able to open the next day. We have used Zimmerman and their sister companies, Roto Rooter and Clean Earth for years. With that kind of professionalism, it is hard to go anywhere else. Keith and Lisa Langdon Full City Cafe
