I have several fixtures in my home from Richard’s, and I couldn’t be happier about it. The showroom was so impressive, and the whole staff worked hard to make sure I have everything I need. If you value communication and quality, definitely utilize their salesperson, Debbie, and the new manager, Dave.

Great showroom with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Our clients really enjoy the ease of making selections with me while there.

The showroom has a great variety to choose from and working with Brittnay was wonderful. She is knowledgeable and so helpful! She is also a designer so she really has a good eye for design and function. Brittnay always worked quickly to get us pricing and treated us wonderfully with her upbeat and kind personality. I highly suggest Richards.

Did a whole house redo. Needed two sinks, smart faucets and a ton of other stuff. Debbie worked with our cabinet maker like they worked  together all the time. All was ordered and came on time as promised. They carry great stuff. I will be back for Phase II of our project for our three bathrooms. They rock, even after visiting their showroom 5 times before we wrote a check. Debbie was always very accommodating and was a huge help in finding what we wanted. You cannot go wrong at Richard’s.

As a follow up, finally was ready for all the toys we bought at Richards to be installed. Everything worked right out of the box. Debbie gave us the very best advise that made our kitchen special. Once we recover from from a mostly whole house redo, I saw some stuff for my bathroom that are must halves. We are are going back.

Horrible experience all around.  Very unprofessional, not at all familiar with the concept of customer service.  And once they have your money, forget getting a call back or a response to email.
