  These guys went above and beyond! Came out in a snow storm to fix my frozen lines. Tanner and Ray were very professional and didn't mind my 100 questions. Gave me advice, as I'm a first time septic owner. I will forever use this company, as well as recommend to any family and friends.

  Clean Earth has been to my house two days in a row and both days were wonderful. Yesterday I had Jeff at the house to pump out the septic, and today I had Ray and Tanner out to do an overall septic inspection. All three of them were very pleasant to work with. They were helpful in explaining what they were doing and the reasoning for what they were doing. Ray and Tanner even went above and beyond today. They made sure to place markers, cover the diversion valves with a less intrusive cover, and made sure that the yard was in as good of shape as possible after digging multiple holes in the yard for the inspection process. I couldn't ask for more. I will be using their services again.

  I used Clean Earth Environmental for a routine septic system service and pump. Communication was excellent and I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of my first contact. Gary and Tanner arrived as scheduled shortly after I received a phone call from dispatch telling me they were on the way. Both Gary and Tanner were very professional and friendly. They didn't mind at all that I wanted to see how they went about the cleaning and service and explained every step they took in locating my system access point and subsequent evacuation and cleaning. They also explained why I might want to add a riser to the access point to make future maintenance access easier. Excellent suggestion, for which I have placed an order with Clean Earth to install. Great customer service from Clean Earth, Gary and Tanner. Thanks to all. **UPDATE** Another great experience with Clean Earth. Ray arrived early to install the riser I had ordered the previous day. After explaining the process and answering a couple of my questions Ray set to work on the installation. A short time later the installation was complete, a minor landscape challenge was overcome and the site looked like no one was ever there! On time, on budget and nicely done. Thanks again.
