Great selection and exceptional staff. They are always helpful and good to work with. They even offer delivery or will call so you can phone in your order and send someone else to pick it up. Great for electrical, plumbing, tools, and other construction/building/remodeling projects.

I try to use will call whenever I go to Wolff Brothers otherwise I'm there for at least an hour. I sent my wife in there to pick up some electrical items and yes they were in will call she told me they were very rude to her and unwilling to help her or stear her where she needed to be . Then there was the one good counter guy in electrical that showed her where she needed to wait. Thanks Bob!You would think a bunch of grown men would know how to deal with people considering there in a job role that deals with people or customer service. I couldn't be anymore mandatory there staff and the people that let these same group of grown men get away with this everyday. There are knowledgeable staff behind the counter. There are your one great electrical guy and your occasional good plumbing guy, but if you don't get them you'll be there forever and you can almost guarantee your order will be messed up. That's just my take on Wolff brothers at the Medina Supply branch
