  I have used Gene’s for two years now and am very satisfied with them. Josh is the serviceman that was here recently (and has been here on several other occasions) and I can’t say enough positive things about him. He is very knowledgeable. I think he could fix any heating or air conditioning problems and electrical or plumbing problems. He is prompt and courteous and friendly. Gene’s has always tried to accommodate my needs in a timely manner including emergencies. GREAT COMPANY. I gave only 4 stars because they are pricy.

  DJ arrived promptly and was very thorough in his service and tuneup of our furnace. He installed a whole house humidifier and we received a credit from our service call on a maintenance contract. He took many photos to document his work. Excellent service. We definitely recommend this local company!

  DJ and the team professional, friendly. Removed and installed furnace and cleaned up everything. We have used Gene’s Refrigeration for many years and would and will recommend them. They have always been reliable. Their employees are great to work with.
