  Since moving to our home in 2014, we have in-trusted Wind River with all of our septic needs. The first visit was Skyline plumbing and the second visit was Hambys. If you see any of these names please avoid at all costs. First of all they charge double what Pink Plumbing charges and many other quotes I’ve received have been cheaper. The problem problem though is that we have had zero issues with our septic tank since purchasing the home, but we have wind river come out in 7/2021 to pump the 1000 gallon septic tank for $388, and here we are just 7 months later and our entire house is backed up. Our basement is flooding, and we are now without water, not to mention we have a newborn baby. I called a plumber and they came immediately and said it appears to be a septic issue. The septic line appeared to be the issue so I call wind river and they say they cannot come out until 2 days later. They say it will be $430 this time and they say to come earlier it would be an additional $400 because of company policy for emergencies. Now if they hadn’t been the only company that had touched our septic tank I would say it could be anything. However their lack of enthusiasm and lack of empathy, not to mention their subpar work will no longer be an issue for me as I will never use any of their companies again. I will also gladly refer any other company to anybody I can reach. I’m completely disgusted with wind river. When they came in July the tech even told me the septic tank wouldn’t be where it is and I told him y’all are the ones who told me where it was 5 years ago. I knew I should’ve canceled the service then. Smh Never again !
