  The pumping of my septic was great Isiah was great and went right to work even in the rain. The check is still pending him turning it in.. The other service that I needed to be done I'm still waiting on them to call me back after 3 messages have been lefted with them to call.

  1. Guys just showed up and started digging, never gave me a contract 2. Guys cut an electrical line then buried it without letting me know the location so I can get it fixed. 3. Was supposed to put a diverter valve, but didn't 4. Left the job without informing me they were complete 5. My system backed up the next day because they didn't check my main line, when it was promised to be inspected during the install, had sewage everywhere, but they did come out a day later to clear it 6. They tried to charge me an extra $100, then take it off the bill because they didn't install the valve, which would've brought my bill to the original charge. 7. When I talked Debra, she was really rude with me until she realized that the work was done without my signature on the contract! Then she was nice after that. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience. Having a bad septic is stressful enough. Receiving the treatment I did, I would rather you guys find someone else.

  Hi Alton, I have reviewed the entire file including the photos, order history and call recordings with the branch manager, the branch administrator, and all 3 technicians who visited your home on separate occasions. It seems that Latoya (who was our original point of contact) received all 3 quotes on 3/13/21, 4/13/21 and 5/25/21, and our administrator also did forward another to you as you were speaking with her on the phone. I apologize if these were not shared with you in advance, but we do not perform work without prior approval. Also, our technician did speak to a man (who introduced himself as Mr. Johnson) upon arrival, and walked around to the back deck to be sure he spoke through the work before we began. He also knocked on the door and shared when we did sever the electrical line to your shed. The Mr. Johnson he spoke to was surprised we were that far back in the yard to do the work, and never mentioned that there was electricity running to the shed during the initial walk through. I do apologize that when we also repaired the water line we damaged, we knocked when we had the inspection done, but did not knock after the covering soil was replaced. We did answer your call and honor the mistaken price, and then even issued an additional discount to what you said was a fair price for the issues. I feel as though we have been very accommodating in all of our communications and interactions, so I hope you understand why this review surprises me. I am happy to discuss further, and understand why your review reflects different sentiments than when last our team spoke to you. You said you were comfortable with all of the adjustments we made, so I am eager to understand what changed when leaving this review. Please reach out again at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

  Isaiah Davis showed up early Monday morning, explained the whole septic process in a way that I can understand. He was very knowledgeable, thorough & professional. He also ensured that my emergency service fee was reduced as they were not able to come out on Sunday as scheduled. Will definitely use their services again.
