  Thrasher service was awesome. I requested service due to be an unable to change a water filter due to pressure within the line. Ben arrive timely and presented himself professionally. He assessed the situation and determine what needed to be done to fix the issue today and also to prevent future service calls. He communicated with me his ideas of what would need to be done. Even took the extra time to check that the pressure in the line would not prevent me from changing the filter myself. When he determined that there was still too much pressure in the line for someone to be able to change the filter, he went the extra mile to add a valve to release the pressure. Still going the distance he went through the entire process for changing the filter and made sure that I was able to change the filter myself without issues. I highly recommend Ben at thrasher service, he paid attention to details and gave advice on filters and how often to change the filters as well. Ben with Thrasher Service thank you.

  I love that Chase listened to my needs and was driven to find a solution to satisfy customer needs. I had a faulty outside spigot where the valve had broken off inside. I really didn't want to cut into the walls of my finished basement. Another plumbing company said that was the only solution, but Chase was industrious and diligent in working to extract the broken part from the outside of my home. Everything is fixed to my satisfaction without tearing up my basement walls. So glad I decided to get a second opinion! Way to go Chase! I will always use Thrasher from now on!

  Replaced gas valve on a faulty water heater. Dave was professional and arrived first thing in the morning. He then worked with his office and they didn’t charge for the call. I will definitely use them for any work in the future and would recommend them. Thanks Dave and Thrashers.
