  I will never use this company again and will tell everyone i know not to use them either. They started a bathroom rough in for a new bathroom and decided not to come back and finish, on top of that after i paid them they cancelled their permit. Bud is owner and not to be trusted, his word means nothing. The office lady Janilla is very unprofessional and argumentative, i have the email conversations to prove it. I wouldn't even give them one Star but i had to mark something. What was supposed to be a simple job has turned into a nightmare.

  Contractors Plumbing, Inc. only cancelled the permit after the owner shorted her bill for work completed. We cancelled the finish stage of the permit, since the owner was completing the work herself or hired it out to be completed by another company. We can't be listed on a permit for work we did not do. The rough in portion of the permit was inspected and passed by Contractors Plumbing, Inc. and the City of Des Moines
