Five stars for Donnie! Donnie Weller did a terrific job with our water damage clean up. He worked diligently and returned each day as promised to monitor the drying out process. ServePro is so fortunate to have someone with Donnie’s friendly manner, knowledge, and professionalism as their point of contact for customers. Donny is awesome awesome awesome!!!! It was just a pleasure when Donny came into our house to begin restoration of our bathroom and living room when our toilet overflowed!!! We were very upset about the situation and Donny was wonderful and so professional with the clean up. He made us feel so much better about everything and truly is a a hard worker. He absolutely knows everything he is doing and answered any questions we had for him. I would recommend this guy to any of our family or friends. He represents servpro like a champ!! Thank you Donny so much!!!

ServePro were very helpful, professional, efficient in dealing with water damage from a row house fire several buildings from ours. All the water used to put out that house spread to the basements. Much appreciation for the fire department. They save me us and our neighbors. Contacted ServPro and gave them the details. They sent out Jay and his staff to review the basement, clear out the wet items, salvage what items that can be saved, and swept up the debris. And treated the floors so mold will not creep in. After doing that, the only snag was trying to get the fans and dehumidifier working. Since this is an old house the circuit breaker kept turning off. Jay tired his best to have them working, again this is an old house and can only do as much as it can. Most of the floor was dried or drying out anyway. So I decided to let the rest of the basement dry out on its on. Jay and his staff worked outstandingly. Jay kept me posted in what will be done next and follow through. All of the staff were courteous, cordial and friendly (and even at times humorous). They calmed our trepidations in how all of this will work out. Thanks again for the outstanding work. Very much appreciate all you do. Will definitely use them for other service in the near future.
