  Hired this company to install a wood stove. I had functional and quality problems with the product. This company said they would help but didn't. The quality problem was ignored and the functional problem (smoking) was blamed on me without any proof. They eventually offered to perform a test but then refused to do it, so I paid to have it done, but they refused to acknowledge the results even when the stove manufacturer said the results were very good. Very poor and evasive customer service. I took them to court to get them to honor the 100% guarantee but the judge said it was a "buyer beware" case. I would avoid this company.

  Probably one of the worst attitudes I've encountered in the service industry. If you like being treated like a 2nd class citizen then this is the place for you. Despite giving them years of business in the past and having a long-term service agreement I will not being using them again. They've taken a 180 and Tina is leading the charge in driving it in the ground.

  Worst customer service I've experienced in some time. If they treat you like this BEFORE you buy then I can only image how poorly they treat you afterwards. Someone named Tina seemed to think customers were an annoyance rather than those that keep the lights on. You can't run fast enough from this sinking ship.
