William was the tech that came out and he was super personable and efficient! They first came out in September when our basement flooded, and we were grateful for having our septic tank fixed. I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars bc the most recent service received by William was repairing a pipe that came undone since September, and I’m unsure if that’s a result of being poorly installed or just a random mishap. Thankfully it was under warranty and didn’t require an additional fee!

We had a great customer experience with Roto Rooter (I forget our plumbers name!!). We had a significant clog in our kitchen pipes and he came out same day to fix. Although he wasn’t able to fix, he did not charge us and gave us a lot of helpful tips for preventing further problems. He also helped to diagnose problem and is sending out a plumber who can replace pipes. Even though this was not an ideal situation, he was very polite, knowledgeable, worked hard, and offered help.

I had a situation where water was dripping from my living room ceiling because of water above in our bedroom. The water was dried quickly but the ceiling damage was right on the line of drying on it’s own and needing to be opened up to dry. My tech went out of his way to give amazing advice on how to tackle the job and decide if the ceiling was worth opening up. Really appreciate the insight and service. You can tell he was here to help and not up charge you every step of the way.
