  Called to pay a ticket. First the man who answered the phone didn’t say a word when he answered all he said was “Mhm-Mhm?” Like how am I suppose to understand mhm mhm?? I then told him I needed to pay a ticket he said “their gone for today” and hung up in my face. They are very rude!!

  knowbody answers the phone there! its ridiculas! is that how we do buisness here? everythiengs set for failure here, it always has been and it all ways will be! do your jobs people, answer the phone, not a answrin machine or nothing! pathetic!

  tried to call to see if roads were closing due to hard freeze, dialed 5 different extensions and no answer from anyone. Absolutely awful, these are supposed to be the people we call for help!
