  pleased and satisfied with the work and the reasonable cost. responsive, professional, courteous and customer service. When the maintenance service for my condo had to be rescheduled twice earlier due to unavoidable reasons, dispatcher Jase had called me several times as I couldn’t be reached due to technical issues at my end. The technician Joesph who came to do the maintenance did a good job. He explained me very well the status of the equipment, gave his technical recommendations as well as the options available and answered my question patiently and professionally.

  Jon restored an identified natural gas leak near the meter on the outside of the house. He was on time, on a Sunday, completed the fix in a timely manner. He also took the time to solution a bunch of questions I aske that were in related to the repair, adjusted our water pressure and showed me how to relight the pilot light on the water heater Just in case Centerpoint wouldn’t do it for me. He went above and beyond in a number of ways. I’d be happy to have him as our plumber again!

  The repairman (Miles) was thorough and personable. He took the time to show me how the system worked, did all repairs and my irrigation system works perfectly now. He also recommended what should be done before winter weather. All in all I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the quality of service. Definitely recommend.
