  We established a relationship with Carr & Osborne soon after we bought our home -- (23 years ago!) and they have been more than fair in price, exceptionally responsive, forthright, and, often, "above and beyond" in resolving (even triaging) their responses based on the severity/urgency of our plumbing issues that have arisen. We are so glad to STILL have such a quality small business take care of our home plumbing needs!

  Mr. Jimmy was very kind enough to give me an old and used stem that fixed the leak in our bathroom shower - free of charge !!! He said he ordered new stems next week and I will definitely go back and support his business and buy extra stems for future use. God bless him and his wife that saved me a lot of stress !!!!

  Was told of a visit time and i had to call back to check on the day, then told they were shorthanded and will not be able to come before a week!!! Not professionals, very bad customer experience.
