  This company is very unreliable! It seems to be a trend of not servicing warranty customers in a timely manner, if at all. It took them 3 weeks to come out for a gas leak and that was after me contacting them and my warranty company numerous times. I told the man who answers the phone my home did not have heat or hot water because I had no gas meter. I have a stoppage case that has been open over 1 month. I contacted another company, paid them out of pocket, and they resolved most of my issue. The only problem that remains is a washer faucet that is clogged. I re-submitted the issue to the warranty company, called Peacher twice last week to schedule an appointment, and the man who answers the phone told me he’d call me back with an appointment last Friday. It’s Wednesday of a new week and I still haven’t heard from him. This company does not treat all customers well. I have now called the reliable company who handled my other issue and they gave me an appointment right away. A BBB complaint was filed against the warranty company and they have refunded my payment for Peachers’ lack of service. I will be dropping said company due to Peacher appearing to be the only plumber they’re contracted with in this area.

  They were assigned to me through my home warranty company. I called them on Wednesday January 13th to schedule the appointment for Monday January 18th between 8am-12am which is way later then the 48 hours service rendered required by them to provide service. I did this to avoid what I am about to mention so they wouldn't be tied up when serviceing me. Come 12 pm I haven't heard from them but I'm patient and understanding so I waited. Come 1:30 pm no contact with them so I call to be told a tech will be coming. At 3:30 pm still no word, I call again for peacher plumbing to inform me they can't make it. Obviously I have removed them from potential vendors through my home warranty and now I wait for a new company. I'm a reasonable man and understand things happen but a weeks notice and still no show shows me how unprofessional this company is. Will not use or recommend to anyone.
