  We love Parsons Plumbing!! We own a home in the Historic Garden District and they have always done our work. They will absolutely get the nod when it comes time to re-plumb the home! These guys and girls are always professional, thorough and on time. If they are going to be a little late because of another job or whatever.....the technician will always call to let you know and give you a new time of arrival. Superb Service!!

  Jessie is great with customer service. He makes sure you are well educated on prices an performance time. He is a licensed plumber with extensive training. He is very dedicated to his customers an his company. Looking for the job to get done quickly and efficiently he is your man!   Dusty and Caleb came to our home today to replace a faucet. When we called for the estimate yesterday, they came to our home quickly, gave an accurate estimate, ordered the needed part, and came back today on time to get the job done quickly! They also did an inspection of the plumbing for the home when giving the initial estimate as well which was helpful for us. Both gentlemen were friendly, gave honest feedback about what could and couldn’t be done with the system, and left our home in great condition when they were complete. The job was under the estimated cost which was also a pleasant surprise as well. I would highly recommend Parsons, Dusty, and Caleb based on the service we have received today!
