I can’t speak highly enough of the speedy and quality service. My tech, Matt, knows his stuff and worked quickly to restore our heat in the middle of a cold snap. Matt was, kind, friendly and very professional. Southern Air is my only recommended HVAC company. It is noteworthy that my issue arose, not only on a weekend but after hours as. They responded promptly, as if it were their own family in need.

Awesome tech. I've never received a bad tech from this company. They always send a pic of their tech so you know who's coming. The customer service when you call is always nice, helpful and quick to get you help. Love their service plans. I've never thought of changing companies since I started using them years ago.

The installation guys were very professional, respectful, clean, and on time. They cleaned up after themselves and kept me in the know as installation was going on. Explained and showed me what they had changed, explained the warranty coverage and what to do for the next 24 hours with the work that was done. The quality of their work was on point and I will definitely be using this company again.
