  Charged me $238.50 to snake my main line and blamed it on the Parish. Didn't appear to know how to use the snake very well. He struggled to get it in the 5 inch wide pipe!! He didn't fix the problem but charged me anyway. The Parish came out and showed me it wasn't on their side. Had to call Rotorooter back and have the guy come and finish the job. He claimed it was fixed but it appears all he did was push the blockage further down because 4 days later it's stopped up again. Useless.
