  4 wharehouse guys not one of them helped me load 30 sticks of 1 1/2 L copper. Great job guys good to know you care about doing a good job . If your job was standing there watching people work!

  Today, I walked into the Cranberry Twp store for the first time. I wasn't really sure where to start. So, I asked to see a sales person. The sales person asked if I had any measurements. I told them that I did not have measurements and I was just starting to look and wanted to know the process in working with Nicklas Supply. The sales persons said without measurements then I can't help you. I just wanted to understand the general process and to understand what Nicklas Supply offers. I continued to probe and ask questions while the sales person just kept saying "without measurements, I can't help you". I eventually got the information that I needed. But after this experience, I am not sure I will go back. My recommendation to Nicklas Supply is to take the time to educate your customers instead of dismissing them.

  I would highly recommend Nicklaus Supply over Home Depot or Lowe’s for the knowledge and experience these guys have! They were extremely helpful in finding a part that I needed that Home Depot basically said was impossible. Thank you!!!
