Was concerned when I read the previous reviews but my experience couldn't have been more different than theirs (Ferguson was recommended to me by a local tile seller/installer and I'd driven for an hour to get there) Was greeted warmly and introduced to a consultant who worked hard with me to produce a competitive quote. poor service. we purchased our jetted tub, and we when needed support to replace a part, it was a hassle from the start. directed us back to the company, would not help us find the part, and were rude and inconsiderate from the start. i guess they only want a big sale. i went to another place and they guy looked at the part, ordered it, and didn't even make a dime. service that someone would expect from the people we bought it from.
