  The tech arrived when he was supposed to. My basement is a bit cluttered and he was very careful with my stuff. He had good equipment. He had to work a bit to figure out how to get to the clog. Everything was clean when he left. Nice guy, professional and fun to talk to. Price was good, but more important, he completely fixed the problem!

  My basement drain backed up at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. Called Mr. Rooter because I've used them before, back in 2016 and was pleased with their work. I NEVER expected to have a REAL person answer the phone and was SHOCKED when she said "we'll be there within the hour." Tyler arrived within the hour and efficiently unclogged the drain. When I commented about it being late on a Friday afternoon and how very appreciative I was.....he said, "this is what we do, we specialize in emergency calls" I have tried other plumbing firms that advertise 24 hour emergency service that really don't mean it. Mr. Rooter is my go-to emergency plumber.

  Between me picking up the phone and calling them and my drain being good to go I think was a grand total of 2 1/2 hours. Fair price for such a quick turnaround on a Sunday. Would recommend to anyone!
