The front spigot on my "new" old house was leaking, and Mr Rooter scheduled and kept an appointment promptly and professionally. Nick and Cameron explained the problem and the solution very clearly. They also noticed that there was a rusty leak in another pipe. They gave me the option of having either or both repaired. After going for supplies, they were able to finish both jobs that day. I have had many workmen come to this house, and I have not always been satisfied with them. I called Mr Rooter again, because they took good care of me when they were here a few months ago. I was not sorry. They are not the cheapest, but I know that the price was fair, and it was done right and well. I will be calling them again, I'm sure!

Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job upgrading my previously outdated sump pump system. They came on time, took their time going over all of my options, provided me with the beet course of action, and was able to perform the job on the spot and was complete within the hour. Definitely would recommend! I’m now also enrolled as a member and will be utilizing them for other services as well!

Nick and Derek are very sweet and professional. Nick has installed a toilet in my bathroom previously and was quick and efficient. He explained everything and took his time with me to help me understand the process. They always have a smile. Honestly they both deserve raises it’s hard to find good employees like these.
