  Stay away from them. I placed a big order with them and they didn't have some pieces in stock. Ended up getting the run around for over a week when i was on a deadline to finish the job. They charged me over $500 in restocking fees when it wasn't even my fault they couldn't provide the product that was promised to get expedited. Cost me tons of time and money there is plenty of other suppliers locally that will take care of their customers better than VP. My contractors nor myself will never use them or make purchases from them again. Repeatly called numerous times, never received any call backs or responses. Horrible customer service..

  After reading so many poor reviews, I had to share my experience. I worked with Jack Mass to remodel my kitchen, in 2020 right in the middle of the pandemic. He was very busy and sometimes difficult to get in touch with by phone, but always returned emails within 48 hours. His design was amazing - the kitchen turned out better than I could have imagined, his timeline was realistic and his suggestions appreciated. The quality of my cabinets, countertop and fixtures is better than you would get at a big box store. I would not hesitate to recommend VP supply, based on my experience.

  Never will I go with VP Supply again. The sales rep I worked with was very uninformative on the details with the custom vanity being made. She never followed up with me unless I was the one calling her or emailing her. She did not explain the whole process of a custom vanity such as the counter top is completely separate from the "vanity" itself. One would think when the vanity is finished it's fully finished. Nope! Now I have to wait for the top to be done! BTW.. I placed this order back in February & was told today, June 11th, that I had to sign something in order to get the top in production. I renovated my bathroom & bought fixtures etc from VP Supply. Granted I didn't spend thousands & thousands of dollars from them so maybe her commission wasn't that high but I'm the one spending my hard earned money. Extremely frustrated! Horrible customer service! I feel I have wasted my money!
