Eugene and Jorge did a great job replacing my tankless water heater.  They really took their time and did a top notch job.  They really know the Navien products well and their response time and communication were the best of the plumbers I had bid on the project.  Highly recommended.

Jorge did an excellent job installing my toilet and repairing a leak in the bathroom from a previous contractor. He was courteous and professional. I will definitely use First Chicago Plumbing again.

I had a relatively complicated job in wanting a utility sink installed in our laundry room. Pipes had to be pulled around our washer/dryer to the opposite wall. Quote was within range, all very professional and on time. It turned out great with quality materials. I also was able to get a recommendation for the drywall repair. Highly recommend!

Jorge and Marcos were professional and efficient. They were super easy to work with and price was reasonable. Will use them next time I need a plumber!

We used First Chicago to replace the corroded and clogged galvanized pipes in our building with copper, install a whole house filter,  and install a new water heater.  It was a great experience.   Eugene was very communicative and I appreciated that he walked me through the process and was very clear with expectations and the schedule of work.  Would definitely recommend!

First Chicago Plumbing caused damage to our shower faucet by not taking the necessary measures while working on another unit in our building. They also lied about what measures could be taken to prevent the issue. Quoting First Chicago Plumbing's response:
"Shower faucets do not have stop valves so there was no way to shut them off."
when the fact is there are valves at the water entry points (hot and cold) to the bathroom.
Since then they have been uncooperative and haven't provided insurance details upon multiple requests from the condo association. It is extremely unprofessional of a plumbing company to run away from their responsibilities after causing damage due to their own negligence and then be uncooperative in providing proof of insurance. Stay away from this company since they run away when things don't go right.

We had a mystery problem with our sump and ejector pumps. First Chicago took the time to understand exactly what was going on, recommended the right course of action, and was there in no time. Professional, responsive, and helpful every step of the way!

We're new homeowners who encountered quite a few unexpected problems that our inspector "missed". First Chicago Plumbing was quick to reply even though I initially messaged them outside of business hours. We were pleased with the efficency of our emergency repair so we reached out for more work that we had been shopping around. First Chicago's prices are great. All of the employees I have interacted with are knowledgeable and friendly and don't talk down to a total plumbing novice!

Only 5 stars because I can't give 6. They are that good. Very pleased with the sewer repair: they relocated a malfunctioning 80 year old floor drain without tearing out any finished walls, or making much dust. Very clean job, very nice guys. Strongly recommended!

I hired First Chicago Plumbing to remove and install 3 new toilets and seats. They responded the fastest of any of the plumbers I reached out to and arrived exactly when planned. They worked efficiently and finished the job in a timely manner. The toilets work great and they helped clean some of the previous silicon that was attached to the floor without my knowledge.
Couldn't recommend more and I appreciate First Chicago Plumbing for their good work!
