  Ben Lewis Plumbing was contracted to build a certain set of homes and I moved into one of these homes only two years after it was built. I never used one of my bathroom sinks but one day, there was water leaking onto my bathroom floor. I thought they were from the shower and thought nothing of it but when I came back home later that day, there were much more water on the floor (my towels and rugs were wet). I saw that cold water was dripping from a water supply line inside a cabinet. A neighbor came over to help and we saw that the plastic connector inside broke since the water supply line from the sink was too short (so it was pulling the pipe connected to the bottom of the cabinet with too much tension). The neighbor pulled the white circular valve up, which stopped the cold water from coming out. I called Ben Lewis Plumbing last night and although they said they'll connect me to an operator, they never picked up. I talked to someone from Ben Lewis Plumbing today but he kept saying, "Lady, we're swamped, and you're past the 1-year house warranty date." He said sorry but I need to find someone else, although I told him that I would be happy to pay him and hire him, even if it is weeks or months from now. After talking to many neighbors and my home inspectors, it's very likely (due to negligence) that Ben Lewis Plumbing build tract homes (poor quality homes) as quickly as possible, since some of my neighbors went through even bigger water and plumbing damages than me. And all those houses were built after mine. All because your house is relatively new doesn't mean you're safe from all sorts of house damages, some of which could become a bigger problem sooner than you think! Also, look up Ben Lewis Plumbing on yelp. I read other people's experiences and the last thing I want to do is hire these people again to fix the "new" plumbing that they installed.

  My House Plumbing warranty service is through this company. I am trying to reach them out since a month now but haven't been able to speak with someone. no one has responded to my voicemail as well. when I called the emergency line to be able to talk with someone, the guy responding very unprofessionally referred me back to the number I have been calling since weeks and said he cant do anything.

  Bad. Difficult to contact. Difficult to get a service. One man to receive service requests, won’t answer ever, you’ll have to leave a voicemail. With all the houses you got a contract on you’d think they’ll have bigger team to handle everything. Water leaking through our ceiling from upstairs is apparently not an emergency and can wait a few days for service. Terrible.
