  Jorge came to repair our gas fire place. He emailed in the morning that he could arrive a little earlier than initially planned, he was easy to talk to and very nice, he explain things to us and the charge for his work was very reasonable. We are now going to use Drain Works for all our gas fireplace maintenance/repairs. Based on this experience with our fireplace we will consider using Drain Works for any plumbing issues we might have.

  I needed my gas fireplace fixed (it was not lighting up). I checked with several companies and Drain Works was the most responsive and had the lowest first visit fees. Their service person, Sandy Duran, showed up on time, was very professional, was skilled and quickly fixed the issue. I am very very happy with their service and will use them again if required. And thank you Sandy - you are super :-)

  Jorge was AMAZING -- super responsive, thorough, and fixed our problem (a broken air admittance valve) within hours when two other plumbers couldn't figure out what was wrong. Also at a very good price. Highly recommend Drain Works and we'll definitely be back.
