  Ran a camera in my waste drain lines. Ricky was a pleasure to have at my home and analyze my plumbing line situation. I believe they are honest and fair. Ricky was professional but also personable.   The owner Ricky Hudson charged me $120 to push the reset button on a receptacle. Then harassed me for a year and threatened to put a lien on my house because his secretary didn’t do her job providing the insurance company the information they needed.

  We provided a service for you at your house. We gave you a discount on our regular service call and did something you were not able to do or figure out. You as the home owner are responsible for your bills. If your insurance company will not pay it comes back on the home owner. My office did not harass you, but asked for your help on getting payment. You refused to help us collect on a bill you are responsible for. I just mentioned that if you won’t help then I would take other actions.
