Beautiful showroom and great customer service! They special ordered fixtures for a cast iron 1927 Kohler kitchen sink! Turned out perfect! And one of my favorite things in my 1911 rustic cold cabin a heated toilet seat!!!! Everyone that uses it loves it!!!Thanks Donna and Jessica for your patience and help!

We felt very much at ease shopping here and they have one of the best selections of sinks and hardware we have seen so far. The prices are very reasonable, too! Beautiful showroom!

They have an amazing selection of faucets and bathtubs. I can't tell you about their prices as I have no basis for comparison

They customer service after the sale is nonexistent.
I had a warranty claim, they had a replacement part in stock and was holding it for me, and before I could get there the next day they sold it to another customer.  The best they could do was say "well the customer was here so we sold it to him".  Go across the street to Bedrock Design Center they treat you amazing, and they were $200.00 cheaper.  Amazing showroom.  They offered me a complementary water or Gatorade as well.

Super helpful. We came in having problems with a leak in our bathtub and the customer service was great. The man who helped us talked us through everything we needed to know to fix the problem. He was patient and thorough and didn't try to oversell us! Definitely coming back.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The old lady with short hair completely ignored me as she only spoke to my husband he even said something to her.
She was rude and dismissive, I left your store feeling completely ignored. I will not recommend you to any of my friends, that’s for sure. When a couple comes in you should always greet both people. Not to mention that is why we walked out only buying the sink and not the faucet etc taking my business elsewhere.
I used to teach seminars on customer service if you want I would do it for free

Great place to get plumbing parts. The people who work there are very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable. I've had a pleasant experience every time I've been there.

I'm a plumber here in Tulsa, so I'm up at Winnelson daily if not multiple times a day. Bunch of great people up there to help with your every need.
