She was naturally friendly and my concerns about my issue eased just by speaking with her. The crew that arrived provided excellent and punctual service. My leak is no more and my worry is gone. Thank you for the wonderful service and it was a pleasure having Wooten Knockout Plumbing to my home. Additionally, after the work was complete, I had no cleanup to do -- they cleaned up the work area so neat and so precise. A+
