  Installed new hot water heater same day. Called in early morning, and came out looked at , and installed new one. Very responsive and professional.

  JC was paid for a job that he started in July. He said he’d “be right back” to finish putting a cap on the drain, but never returned. He won’t answer my calls and finally 3 weeks ago he said he’d go back and do it but here we are in September and he still hasn’t done it. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I can not recommend him unless you watch him the whole time and make sure he finishes your job.

  This is an awesome company. I had a big leak with my sprinkler system and had called another plumber who couldn't make it out but he told me it sounds like about a $1000 fix. I had to go out of town when Raines came, he checked it out fixed the problem and texted me that it was $98 bucks. I would not have known the difference if he would have told me 1k. I will always call this company for any type of plumbing work.
