From start to finish,this company has exceeded all expectations. They were able to come to our house within 12 hours of our online request. Kelly reached out and made sure we were made a priority Our technician Roy who came out was super knowledgeable and intricate with his diagnosis. Even though the diagnosis was to purchase an entire new unit, they made us feel it was going to be OK an would all work out. I let them know that I had a medical condition that requires me to stay cool so their promptness on ensuring to get a salesperson out to order the unit was within an hour that same day. Cary was our salesperson and was so patient understanding, and answered all of our questions. He made sure that all our needs were met when picking out the new unit,down to the affordability. To top it off,he let us borrow 2 window units to cool our house until they could do the install 2 days later! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! When our water heater goes out next,they will be the ones we call as well. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

Woods Comfort Systems is our go-to A/C and heating company for our commercial business. They're extremely responsive and professional. They also work quickly for both installation and maintenance appointments. We just had a 30 year old A/C unit replaced by Justin and Thomas and they did an excellent job and communicated with us throughout the process. They even had to install a unit on a rooftop, which I am sure is not easy at all.
