I needed a plumber for a simple job. They gave me a 4 hour window to show up and they did not show and did not call, effectively wasting 4 hours of my day. My mom is in the hospital and my father, who has ALZ was wanting to see her. Had I known they weren’t going to show, or even bother with a courtesy call letting me know they were running behind, I could have taken him to see her then, but they couldn’t be bothered. Seems they over-scheduled themselves. I have no intention of waiting around any longer in the hopes they may show up, so I will be contacting another company that understands customer service and at least has the courtesy to call and let you know if they won’t make it in the window provided.

Set up appointment 4 days prior. They called to push back arrival time twice on day of service. 3rd call from them at 3pm to say they aren't coming and to reschedule. I told them to take me off their list. Wont use them, very unreliable.

Spent $405 to clear a clogged drain. Drain wasn’t cleared and water leak into the house again. They had to come back a week later to redo their work. Then I see a competitor advertising the same work for $123. Feel like I was totally taken advantage of and ripped off. Won’t use them again.
