Service Technician Mike Mandell was on time, friendly, informative, courteous, and professional. He stayed and investigated my septic issue, making the repairs necessary to satisfy my situation. Gladly recommend Mike and Cooke’s.

Had my septic cleaned out when actually I called to have the filter cleaned. Byron Jackson was very honest and showed me things that concerned him and gave me his honest and professional opinion and I appreciate that. Bryon seems to be very knowledgeable and cares about his job and the customers that call Cooke's. I need some more work done and once I have the money to do it I would love to have Bryon come back and complete the work. Very good employee Thank you. Mr. Miya Fisher
