  This company provided 5-star service all the way around. I called after hours with a high-priority septic issue and they had someone here first thing the next morning. The rep that took my info was very helpful. Michael, the tech they sent out, was outstanding. He was friendly, and professional, and went out of his way to explain in detail what they were doing every step of the way. Michael was here the entire day and answered every question I had. He even offered advice on maintaining the work they did. He offered suggestions, took detailed notes, and put everything in an email for me. Another tech assisted for a while and was equally friendly and professional. Thank you Michael and Cooke's for your excellent customer service! Would highly recommend this company.

  Called Cooke’s to locate the septic tank in our yard and have it cleaned out. On the phone they said it was free to find the tank then obviously you pay for the clean out. The technician showed up and poked holes in the ground for about 20 minutes then said he couldn’t find it and charged me 150 dollars even though they failed to find the tank or clean it out. A lot of these 5 star reviews on Google are spam, look at Yelp where they have a much lower rating.

  We have had a couple of water heater emergencies over the years, and they have always been a HUGE help! They sent knowledgeable tech who did a thorough and FAST job so the after-hour expense wasn't unbearable.
