  We have used Williams Comfort Air for years and are always pleased with their service. Doug came out to service our A/C unit and did a great job. He was very friendly and helpful and took the time needed to do a good job.

  I am a handyman and had attempted the repairs myself but had ran into an issue that required a bit more specialized knowledge & tools (YouTube can teach you alot) and the tech was able to diagnose and resolve my issues as well as provided some addition suggestions to help improve the function of my HVAC. He realized I was a handyman and tailored his suggestions towards thing I could do myself instead of pushing for addition cost for the current job. He did also provide an idea of what could go wrong if I attempted it myself and said that Williams Comfort Air could do the suggested items but it was more like he was saying you can do this yourself but I do this for a living so I would suggest "insert business name". Impressed with their dispatch/scheduling group as well. I have schedule an appointment Incase my repairs hadn't fixed the issue and once I figured I was stuck and needed a professional I called and was able to be reschedule for an earlier date (same day support in my case)

  Our maintenance technician did a great job, was very polite, and explained things about my specific unit. He gave wait time to make sure it was working properly before leaving.
