  I hired Cooks to repair a leak in one bathroom and to tighten the screws of the toilet in another bathroom. At completion I was told that the one toilet would not tighten so it was shimmed and leveled. At that time only was I told there was a $150.00 minimum for about 20 minutes work. A couple months later I had to hire another plumber due to a sewer smell coming from that same bathroom where the toilet was "fixed". Come to find out the first guy (Cooks) should have pulled that toilet because the seal under it was no good, the screws wouldn't tighten because they had worn away due to a leak, thus; I was getting sewer gases due to the above. I will never hire this company again and don't recommend them to anyone.

  Jason was fantastic! He came in and repaired the pipe quick and efficiently. I would recommend him and I will be using his services again.
