  Called Mister Quick to clean my plugged drain. They were on-time and professional. The drain cleaning had some unique problems but the tech never got flustered. He just kept working until the problem appeared to be solved. Because of the unique problems he suggested a camera be run through the line to be sure all was good. He scheduled the camera work at no extra charge. Completely satisfied with the service.

  Called yesterday evening 11-2-17, my gas furnaces blower fan would not go off. $149 after hours service call $99 regular hours. Service tech came out in a hour 1/2 quickly diagnosed the problem, a relay on the circuit board. He gave me a price of $1107 plus tax to fix it. Showed me the company’s pricing book. All repairs cost that much no matter the issues. Then proceeded to try to sell me a brand new complete system. Low of $8000 to $12,000 installed. The tech told me it was company policy to charge that much. I paid the $149 fee, after he left I ( I googled furnace parts found the exact Bryant part # for $102. This company is about selling new units not repairing them. If I was told that a repair would be a minimum of $1100.I would of never had them come to my home. I found this very UNETHICAL! BECAREFUL of this company! Not a company I will do business with again.

  Frankly, I was not expecting great things from this company. Previous experiences from other companies were not positive. We bought the warranty program and the first inspection was today. The dispatcher called to remind me and gave an arrival time. The technician arrived exactly as scheduled, put on shoe covers and did a very thorough job. He explained everything at the end. It was fast, thorough and the technician was very pleasant. I felt in good hands. If we need Mr.Quik for repairs in the future, I feel confident that repairs or other services will be completed in the same fashion.
