My service was Amazing! The staff is friendly and responded quickly to my issue. Jeremy Smith was my technician. Jeremy was the best. He was super informative, explained the issue and the options to resolve in a way that was super easy for me to understand, and he ensured the job was done to perfection. He went above and beyond today. I bought an HVAC last year with another business and wish now that I purchased it from Wilbur. Highly recommend!

I used Wilbur to clean a clogged drain in my bathtub. Jason was on time and was nice to work with! He wore shoe covers indoors and made sure there wasn’t a mess when he left. He was upfront about the cost and warned me of additional work that may have to be done. Luckily, it was a quick and easy job with no additional work needed. I highly recommend Wilbur and Jason for plumbing work.
