Very professional! Arrived in a timely manner. Completed job in reasonable time. As of now the plumbing is working great. So I can only say the quality of work performed is tops!. Thanks to Joe and crew for a job well done! I will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues!

Joe was extremely thorough and patient with me explaining the issues we were experiencing with our water heater. He spent 15 mins on the phone with me after meeting my wife at our house to discuss options and best next steps. This is the 2nd time Joe has been to our house and it’s been a great experience both times.

Joe and Chad came to my home and from the beginning of service til the end they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took their time to quickly identify the problem and fixed it quickly. I highly recommend Iron Mountain!

Joe from Iron Mountain drains and plumbing did a great job! He installed a new shower system in no time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my disposal. The charge for this was more than reasonable. The office staff were prompt in returning my initial call and setting up my appointment. I will not hesitate to call them again for plumbing issues.

Joe was on time and they also gave a courtesy call beforehand, to confirm they would be on time.  He was very polite and explained everything so I would understand clearly what was wrong with my toilet and how he would quickly solve my problem.  I wish all service companies were as professional and understanding as Iron Mountain.  I would highly recommend them to anyone with any kind of plumbing problem.

Joe was amazing!! Kept me informed every step of the way during repair, explained the situation, contacted the county on our behalf and continued to monitor the situation!! Highly Highly recommend !!

We’ve had Iron Mountain out twice, once for a repair covered by our home warranty the second time we hired them to install a valve into the same shower. The first time, nailing down an appointment date/time was difficult. They rescheduled with me twice. After the 2nd cancelled appointment, I called the warranty company and asked if they could schedule and confirm with them. They finally came out and made the repair on Thursday of that week. During that visit, conversing with Joe the tech, he told my my husband and that Iron Mountain is “different” in that they don’t charge for travel time.
Fast forward to today’s visit. Joe was scheduled to be at our house between 8-9am. I got a call from Joe at 7:52a saying that he was on his way and asking what kind of pipes we have, he wanted to make sure he didn’t need to stop for anything. I told him, he said it “sounds like I have everything I’ll need on my truck, I’ll see you shortly.” We’re off to a great start. Good communication.I live in a gated community. Joe came thru the gate at 8:20. He may have arrived at my house 3 minutes later. Let’s say that’s the case. My invoice says he started at 8am. Let’s say Joe was wrong and that he was made aware of the company policy at some between the week of our two visits. Unlikely, but We could deal with that. However, Joe wrote on our invoice that he finished at 10:30. Joe wasn’t even at our house at 10:30. He finished before 10.
So I left that on my review that the company sends after service because I suddenly couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I called.
Well the owner, Jeremy Purvis called and said that I can “penny pinch anything.” Yes, I know, I can because it’s my money I’m paying so I can and will if I deem it necessary. He and his company  also can penny pinch anything by charging a customer for an extra hour of work at $145/hr. when their tech wasn’t even at the house. His excuse, I got a deal anyway. He also suggested that I use someone else next time. Yes sir, sure will because I would rather pay for honest work even if it cost me more. How’s that for a penny pincher?
ETA: after the owner’s response. As a professional, licensed doesn’t mean you’re professional in character. You should NEVER, tell a customer they are penny pinching simply because they reviewed your company as per the email request we received from your company and you didn’t like my response.
I posted this review as a result of that.
As a professional and owner it’s your job to investigate and come to a resolution if one is necessary. Not insult your customers who paid Joe on the spot without argument or question but decided to take it up with the home office although I knew the time he wrote down was inaccurate and could be easily proven by checking with our security gates.The crazy part is, I didn’t even ask you for a refund or an adjustment. I simply stated what happened and you immediately start telling me I’m penny pinching. You weren’t here. An extra hour billed at $145/hr is $145 not pennies! An hour for which Joe was not working. Joe was sitting in my driveway for 20+ minutes AFTER he finished the job for which we paid him. Please stop trying to defend your shoddy business practices. I’ve yet to ask you for a refund. So again,  WHO is penny pinching?
ETA AGAIN BECAUSE THIS IS GETTING DUMB. WHO Is talking down to whom?  I wasn’t the one calling names such as “Penny Pincher.” I didn’t talk down to your secretary because As I previously stated NO ONE ANSWERED WHEN I CALLED, the owner, called me back not a secretary. Plus I wouldn’t talk down to anyone. I wasn’t told that providing my own parts from a local reputable plumbing supply, GLS , that i would recommend 1000 times was a problem. In addition I heeded the suggestion by you and your tech in the emails that you sent to use Delta parts. Yea technology is really hurting your argument here. I think you’re grabbing at excuses at this point and it’s ridiculous. I didn’t ask you for a refund or an adjustment. I posted a truthful review. Get over it. First as far as your warranty company, they do not dictate when we come out(referring to you 1st part of this book written, as they send an email, we then look to see what we have available and go from there) Joe was finished at 10;20 btw, AND NO, I did not say you couldnt penny pinch, I simply stated , thats what youre doing. , I said you are penny pinching, this customer was charged correctly for the travel time, the labor, and parts and was well under the market value for work performed,  some people are just this way and it makes them feel better inside ...... But they probably need to do a little research on how service companies are done before blasting companies with their words! All companies are different, and most would not entertain installing customer provided parts, especially at the low price these people have gotten! We are not facebook plumbers/handymen, we are a real company with real insurance etc! We proudly stand behind our work and fair rates and will gladly hand these type customers to someone else as my secretaries within the company do not like being talked down to nor will they! If we are in the wrong we will fix it, in this case, negative people are just going to be negative. She obviously has never used real service companies or movers or she'd know time is running from when you head to the job, etc...and thats why we send qualified people, we don't send people to take 4 hrs on a 2.5 hr job! Craftsmenship speaks for itself, this isnt our 1st rodeo, been in business 25 plus years and continue to grow!!, thanks!!
