  I had the main valve to my manual plumbing system burst after 16 years and it ruined part of the floors of my house. It was definitely something I could not fix myself so I had to shut the water off to the entire house. Soon after, I called about 15 plumbers and finally, Johns Plumbing said they could fit me into their busy schedule. They came out the next day at noon because they knew it was an emergency and finished in 30 minutes. Paid $295 for parts and labor, not bad at all for the situation. Yeah, I mean, there was a little water on the floor but I asked them to replace a part and hose, not bring a clean up crew which I would have asked for if I really needed it. Took me 30 seconds to wipe it up. They fit me into their busy schedule as well so they had to run. It saved my floors from further damage and we can use our water again. Thank you for being the only plumbing company to answer my call and fit me in on an emergency. I'll be calling these guys every time I need something I cannot fix myself.

  Jerry was amazing. We had been in our house only a month or two when it started falling apart. Water was coming up from the kitchen floor and the list of other broken things was already drowning us. I called about 10 plumbers and he was the only one to respond. He and his teammate (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!), were sooo kind and helpful. They fixed everything and helped me find a good water mitigator. The price was very reasonable, the job was done well, and the professionalism and competency was priceless. Jerry, you were seriously a life saver. We have used them again to fix a clogged sink which they handled like it was nothing, and I'm calling again for a leaking toilet.
