I'm very happy with the care and effort made by Charles the plumber who went out of his way to snake through 2 floors below my unit so the sinks below would not clog-up with the debris from my pipe. He worked fast and diligently. Completely professional and really knew what he was doing. We highly recommend Western Rooter!

I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of products used on installing a bypass valve and angle stops underneath my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Equally impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and the cost was competitive with other plumbing companies.
Furthermore, they returned the following day to help my 86 year old mother to turn on one of the bypass valves.
I’m extremely particular but would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat. You won’t regret it.

WESTERN ROOTER is the BEST!

My dishwasher stopped draining a week ago and the stench from the stagnant water permeated the downstairs.

I called Water Rooter and explained my situation to Josie. Although they had a full day booked, they were able to squeeze my job in.

The technicians Richie and Derrick arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and very clean in appearance.

Richie explained in full what the likely problem was and offered some solutions. I made my decision with no pressure from him, and within no time the drainage problem was repaired!

I highly recommend Western Rooter for any plumbing needs.

We live in a three level condo on the ground floor and our bathroom sink was clogged due a blockage of the drain for our stack.

We called Western Rooter and Plumbing Saturday night as our Condo association uses them. A courteous gal answered the phone fairly quickly and we setup an appointment for Sunday morning for someone to come  out between 9 and 11.   Jerry called us at around 10:15 to tell us he was on his way.    He was friendly and very professional. He also wore a mask and had no putting on booties before entering our condo.

He was able to clear the blockage within ten minutes.  It couldn't have gone smoother and will have no problem using them again in the future.

Have used Western Rooter in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Had a Halo 5 water system installed and the team that completed the install were extremely knowledgeable and always professional. They explained the process of install thoroughly and walked through the system set up after complete.
