  Twice promised help with bad plumbing problem. Both times they did not show up. First time I waited two months and my yard died. Now my pipes are in danger of freezing for the second year in a row. The technicians are very skilled but the business is run poorly. They didn’t even have record of the first service. Since the same thing they replaced after freezing the winter before is what they are supposed to be fixing I called them back. And also because Jerry who was assigned to come out is exceptional. Follow up - they never showed up or even called in over two months. Have heard from others in the business that they are poorly run. I am sure they eke out a living cherry picking the jobs based on some unknown criteria due to the demand. The scheduler is a known character and can’t be trusted. New failure. 4/2022 Home warranty company hired them to fix my toilet. They never called or showed up and I waited all day as instructed. That is zero for three. Miserable excuse for a business.

  Highly recommend Wes Plumbing! Very responsive, and sent someone out right away. Staff is knowledgeable; communicated issues & answered my questions well. Price was extremely reasonable. Great Bemidji family owned business.

  A little pricy but the guys worked fast in trying to finding the problem , finding it and getting my water back on they replaced my well pump.
