  I had Don Kemmer wire a building I had built. His company was there right away to do the rough in and insisted on 75% payment. He was notified the end June I was ready to have the completed install and inspection it took until mid November to complete( 4 1/2 months). Now there are problems with some materials Kemmer Electric supplied and no follow through to make right.
